Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. One major issue was the entrance gate fee — we were required to pay each time we entered or exited the hotel, even though we were hotel guests. This fee should have been a one-time payment or waived for staying guests.
The cleanliness was below expectations, and despite the hotel being recently renovated, it still felt very old and worn down. The room and balcony were not clean, and certainly not up to 5-star standards.
The receptionist’s attitude was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Every time we asked a question, the answer was dismissive, often telling us that everything was closed — no restaurant, no nearby supermarket — even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight and were simply looking for basic options. Everything seemed to close very early, around 9:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, I regret booking this hotel and hope they work on improving their service, hospitality, and facilities if they aim to be a true 5-star experience
